88jli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88jli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your 88jli account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
88jli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
